I got the privilege to get OKC Memorial Marathon winner, Bryant Keirns on the podcast. He is coming off an amazing performance earlier this month at the California International Marathon(CIM). We talk about his progression of getting faster and faster each marathon that he does. He has got the hang of balancing grad school and running. Bryant ran at Oklahoma Cristian University under coach Miller.
