This is just a little note, a prayer for hope and hoy and purpose for as long as we walk the surface of this earth. Wishing you all love and light as we enter the new year 🎉

It is unrealistic, unmerited, inappropriate for you to impose you idea of how another person should act when they are in no way accountable to you. If you need help, ask politely. Plead in sincerity. No one owes you anything. Not even a reply.

When you feel good about yourself, you do not belittle others. It is people who have trouble and are surrounded by misery, people who resent themselves and their lives, people who feel the need to fit into certain societal narratives and fail that bring others down. *Story Time* With so much buzz around the #womenempoweringwomen movement, Affiong and I take a little trip down memory lane looking at the many ways women prove to be better enemies than allies.

The feelings caused by love can be so strong, they can convince people to stay in relationships and situations that are unhealthy, unfulfilling and ultimately unhappy — whether they realize it or not. This is merely a reminder to run; Life is too short.

Discussing the ridiculous standards the society sets for us when the society itself has no standards, terrible effects from falling prey to such pressure and a friendly reminder that you can ignore it all! Please listen and share 💋

It’s so easy to offend a person, to take another persons love and emotion for granted and yet when the tables are turned it becomes a heavenly task to forgive. In my opinion, Forgiveness is a personal promise, for your own peace—does revenge bring peace or is it just a situation of rolling in dirt with the pigs. This is my opinion, I’d like to hear yours.
