Dress your pooch to impress, and even go home with a prize at this year’s 4th Annual Dog Parade on the boardwalk, themed, “Rockstars!” Parade highlights include: costume contest, music, adoptable dogs, local vendors, raffles, giveaways and treats for your four-legged friend. Proceeds benefit ARF-ARF (Allied Rockaway Foundation for Animal Recreation and Fitness).
