The start of 2025 has been a time of deep integration for me. After losing my mother in 2023, I faced another heartbreaking transition—my brother’s passing in late 2024. Being present for both of them in their final moments has reshaped my perspective on life, mortality, and the incredible power ofchoice in how we move forward.

In this episode, I invite you to reflect:What is life showing you right now? What lessons are woven into your own experiences? For me, I’m learning to trulylisten—to myself, to the wisdom of stillness, and to the profound healing found in human connection and nature.
