Welcome to Revive Ministries Podcast.
This month’s theme is “Healing Our Communities,” which dives into some questions like, “How can I help?” Whether you’re a caretaker or suffering, I have seen strong communities be very helpful towards healing. Sometimes I think of a comedian I once watched, and the paraphrased quote that I continue to tell myself and those I assist: “Don’t be the mayor of nothing.”
When I was struggling with my condition, I spent countless hours trying to be understood while feeling more and more like a burden. I had to reframe and accept that it did not require others to understand to get the support needed. Healing communities provide that safe space to gain this insight, speaking from experience.
"The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members." – Coretta Scott King.
Today, we have Melissa Vera to discuss this month's theme.

In addition, Revive Ministries' Music Monday series is dedicated to inspiring hope and awareness to those struggling. Always remember you are not alone. These are mostly covered music with no intent to monetize. Meanwhile, if you are struggling, please seek help.
