Relentless Optimism, hosted by Dr Kate Gould, Clinical Neuropsychologist and Senior Research Fellow at Monash University, explores PBS+PLUS, an evidence-based positive behaviour support intervention to help people build a meaningful life and self-regulate behaviour after acquired brain injury. Kate interviews people with brain injury, their family members and their PBS+PLUS practitioners about their experiences, learnings and what makes them relentlessly optimistic about life post-injury. This conversational podcast complements more formal training in PBS+PLUS and is a great way for students, clinicians (e.g. psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and others), PBS practitioners, rehabilitation providers, people with injuries and their families to learn about the research and the PBS+PLUS approach, at their own convenience. This podcast has been generously funded by The Turner Clinics, Monash University. Recorded and produced in Melbourne, Australia. Produced by Dr Kate Gould and Kiara Corso. Editing and sound engineering by James McPherson. Podcast art by Trevor Dodgson and Zenzi Designs. Ethics approval for use of research participant interviews provided by Monash University HREC.
