I’ll share a few of my go-to tips for calming anxiety through nervous system regulation, like breathwork, movement, positive self-talk, and the power of “changing state” to shift from overwhelm to calm.

Whether you’re feeling the heightened energy of Scorpio season or simply dealing with the daily pressures of modern life, this episode is an invitation to show yourself some compassion and find grounding. Anxiety doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you—it’s a signal that your mind and body need a little extra care.
