Kristin McGee is a nationally recognized yoga and Pilates teacher, speaker, mompreneur, and author of Chair Yoga: Sit, Stretch, and Strengthen Your Way to a Happier, Healthier You and Somatic Exercises For Dummies. Widely considered a pioneer in the yoga movement, Kristin launched Peloton’s yoga and Pilates programs and recently founded Kristin McGee Movement to continue her mission of making mindful movement accessible, empowering, and fun for all.

A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Kristin began teaching in the 1990s and quickly rose to prominence for her dynamic, down-to-earth style. She specializes in pre- and postnatal fitness, somatic practices, and sport-specific yoga, and is a trusted trainer to celebrities such as LeAnn Rimes Cibrian, Emilia Clarke, Tina Fey, Bethenny Frankel, Savannah Guthrie, Steve Martin, Christine Taylor Stiller, and Venus Williams.
