This week, Gary and I finish our conversation about the Netflix movies coming out through the end of 2020. From there we touch on all of the release date shifts of various movies, especially what it means for Marvel's fourth phase.

In Part 1, Gary and I talked a lot about the Netflix original movies of 2020: ones that had already come out as well as ones that were due out before the end of the year. Mostly, we talk about 3 films: The Trial of the Chicago 7, The Devil All The Time, and I'm Thinking of Ending Things. Early on we take a detour to talk about the art of the Adam Sandler film. Next week in Part 2 we will be discussing the constant release date stress that all film companies (not just streamers) are going through as a result of the pandemic.

In this episode, we set out to delve more into what makes Foxhedge the band that they are... but we got massively sidetracked into a lengthy discussion about Tyler, The Creator, his music, how he is as a performer, we just like fawned over him for more than half the conversation. Eventually we talked about performance and the art of collaboration and went into the stories behind most of their songs, but yeah... mostly Tyler stuff

In this episode, I meet up with Jersey rock band, Foxhedge, to discuss their past albums, and working in a performance environment. We also discuss how their upcoming work will be different and their evolution as time has passed.

This Week, Gary and I resume our conversation about bad movies about singers winning Oscars. We also delve back into our conversation about Shia Labeouf, and then character actors as a whole like Robert Pattinson. We talk about some of our favorite films, some good indie movies, and what the MCU has cooking for the future.

My friend Gary from Drexel theater and I get together to talk about actor comebacks, mainly the crazy career of Shia Labeouf. We also talk about Uncut Gems and the Safdie brothers. We touch on some of the big 2019 movies we were anticipating and our reception to them, like The Irishman and Once Upon a Time In Hollywood.

In this first episode of Reel 2 Reel, I spoke with my old film camp friend, Matthew Kopsachilis, about anticipated movies. Our list at the time included Tenet, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, The Irishman. We discussed movies being pushed back due to the pandemic. A healthy amount of the conversation was devoted to our love for Adam Driver and Timothee Chalamet and the parallel career paths of Timothee Chalamet and Lucas Hedges. We discuss AMC possibly shutting down and what effect the then-incoming quarantine might have on movie theaters and streaming services — talk that was all theoretical at the time.
