Once upon a time there was a young former puppet boy who was easily led astray. After a convoluted series of events involving raccoons, monkeys and a little girl puppet, this boy came face to face with a satanic demon called the Emperor of the Night and things got really twisted.

Once upon a time, the police found a dead kids body buried in the woods. They dug it up and found a wooden puppet next to him. Flash forward a few years and for some reason a lawyer decided to take the puppet and give it to her kid. Annoyingly, the doll seems to be possessed and bloodthirsty.

Initially it found success, but other the years it faded into obscurity and was believed to be lost... until now. Over the last 30 years the film has slowly been restored and is now available to watch online, so we just had to review the first ever adaptation of Carlo Collodi's story.
