So she started a podcast and then went silent for like 2 months 🥴 We getting into the real life stuff... finally! Listen to me as I ramble in this episode about some of those negative thoughts we all have when going through life. Sometimes you catch yourself getting a little dark and forgetting how much light you really bring to the world. A reminder that it is okay to feel it, just don't stay there! ✨

Forgot to mention a wine in this episode because I was actually drinking coffee. But since we talking about the dark place and it is fall in NYC i'll recommend a red wine - AGUIJÓN DE ABEJA ORGANIC MALBEC 2019. Will admit off first scent and sip I didn't love, give it a minute to open up and for you to really taste it. So good 🍷
