In this episode, Adriana Mastronardi shares about her personal transformation journey that she embarked on after having kids, and how this path opened the door to so many opportunities for her. After spending the better part of her 30's invested in having kids and giving all of herself to provide for them, she grew resentful and realized she didn't remember who she was anymore. When Adriana started putting herself first, she healed much of the resentment, which also positively benefited her family. In Adriana's words, "when you feel better about yourself, everyone benefits". Tune in to hear about Adriana's incredible transformation journey and how she now supports women with their own journeys.
