Episode 39 - Waiting For The Next Shoe to Drop

Nervous needs hope. Hang on to hope in those moments that feel impossible. Hope for success. Hope for my ability to do this. Hope in myself. Hope and confidence. And confidence comes by doing. Taking action. Optimism needs me to keep dreaming, keep holding on to my vision, and be curious. Be willing to jump in and see where the dice will fall. Hold on to my dream and vision and take actions that get me closer.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • How resistance can present itself as incompletions in our lives and by taking action and pushing through the resistance, we release the power our incompletions have on us;
  • Taking the uncomfortable actions get you closer to confidence, which helps to shift the energy you embody;
  • We manifest everything in our lives, the energy we put out into the Universe is what will come back at us;
  • Everything is mindset and energy, we are the creators of our lives, we create our own reality;
  • How feeling happy feels uncomfortable, because we are always waiting for the next shoe to drop;
  • The key is in allowing yourself to feel ALL your feelings and emotions - the good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between;
  • You are worthy of feeling good, and feeling worthy is fully accepting yourself and that starts with self-forgiveness;
  • Learn to give to yourself rather than take from yourself;
  • Give yourself permission to feel good, don't sabotage yourself by waiting for the next shoe to drop.
