Nervous needs hope. Hang on to hope in those moments that feel impossible. Hope for success. Hope for my ability to do this. Hope in myself. Hope and confidence. And confidence comes by doing. Taking action. Optimism needs me to keep dreaming, keep holding on to my vision, and be curious. Be willing to jump in and see where the dice will fall. Hold on to my dream and vision and take actions that get me closer.

- You are worthy of feeling good, and feeling worthy is fully accepting yourself and that starts with self-forgiveness;
- Learn to give to yourself rather than take from yourself;
- Give yourself permission to feel good, don't sabotage yourself by waiting for the next shoe to drop.
