
In this episode, Andrea Anderson shares how she intuitively manifested her desires and taught herself how to shift from judgement to compassion. She dives into the messy middle of her journey to self-discovery, while also helping her neurodiverse sons evolve. She reiterates that there is nothing perfect about processing our emotions, which is a key component to our own evolution.
Andrea Anderson is a Health & Emotional Wellness Coach, Speaker, and Author. She is also a wife and mom to two sons. Andrea helped her sons improve and move past special needs associated with ADHD and autism, and was in the thick of stress, chaos, and anxiety for many years. However, she learned over time (from coaches, books, programs, courses, and her own intuition), how to shift out of anxiety and stress and begin to feel more at peace, even with chaos occurring around her. She now helps mothers do the same for themselves - find ways to feel at peace in the midst of the chaos - so they can get along with their kids & family, and actually love their life again.
