FEAR - False Evidence Appearing Real
The dictionary definition of fear is that it is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain or threat.
It all comes back to our thoughts and what we choose to believe as fact. Remember, thoughts are JUST thoughts.
Tune in to this episode to learn the five steps you can take to disengage from fear and co-create with it so that is loosens it's grip on you.
In this episode, I talk about:
- How limiting beliefs are the stories we tell ourselves, and how these limiting beliefs can really keep us stuck in fear;
- When we label something as bad (aka a perceived threat based on our limiting beliefs), it is usually fear-based;
- When we sit in the fear of the unknown, not knowing if the fear will come true or not, then we stay in our comfort zone (aka we stay stuck);
- Our brain has a bias to keep us safe, so when we stay stuck in fear, that is the brain's way of keeping us "safe", of protecting us;
- It all starts with self-awareness - awareness of our thoughts and what we are choosing to believe as real;
- The phases of a woman's menstrual cycle and how this can significantly play a role in how we feel from week-to-week and even day-to-day;
- The five steps to disengage from fear and co-create with it so that it does not completely control your life;
- Messages from the other side that I have received to validate my worth and validate that I am more than fear.
