Red Nail Energy started at rock bottom. It was my way of digging out of the dark when life didn’t look anything like I thought it would. One year later, this space has become a reminder that you don’t need to be chosen to be powerful. You already are.

This episode is a love note to my younger self and anyone who’s ever woken up asking, "What am I doing and how did I get here?" It’s about releasing the checklist version of success, choosing softness and strength at once, and learning to pivot with grace.
