Preparation time : - half an hour
Marination time :- 4 - 5 hours
Ingredients for marination ( for 250 grams mutton ) :-
1. 1 tabs ginger garlic paste
2. Salt
3. 1 tbs mutton masala
4. 1 tabs laal mirch
5. 1 tabs garam masala
6. 2 big spoon curd
7. Green chillies
Keep it aside for 4 - 5 hours and then pressure cook it till 2 whistles
Cooking ingredients :-
2 tabs ghee
Mustard oil
Bay leaf
Cinnamon stick
Clove
Black pepper
1 tbs Jeera
2 tabs chopped garlic
2 tbs chopped ginger
Chopped chillies
2 big pieces Onions
2 big tomatoes
Salt
Turmeric
Garam masala
Red chilli powder
Hing
Cardamom powder
Curd
Mutton masala
Chick peas
Coriander
