I realized I might be experiencing spiritual perfectionism, feeling like I'm never good enough in my spiritual habits rather than just striving for excellence. I also explore how a lack of spirituality can contribute to anxiety and depression, as highlighted by Lisa Miller's research. This connects to the idea of our twofold purpose: the importance of nurturing our inner spiritual being alongside our outward doing or service. Ultimately, I found insight in remembering that finding God's love can be as simple as knowing it is already within me, not just through constant doing
