In today's Episode my friend Katie Barbaro is joining me, sharing her story of recovering from disordered eating and discovering her true self, creativity, and spirituality on the other side.
In the Fall of 2021 Katie published her book "Fed up: An Illustrated Guide to Food Freedom" wher she illustrates her own process of shining light into the darkest areas of life in the hopes of guiding others to liberate themselves from whatever is holding them back from being their truest selves.
Today's episode starts with a real and raw excerpt on how I usually begin the Podcast for my invitees and thanks to Katie I figured I will leave the part of where I guide the women through a short guided meditation to get into the zone on the episode instead of cutting it out. :)
The episode begins at minute 3.09 in case you wish to skip the short guided meditation.
