Fireside Chats Featuring Living Historian and Collector Katie Barron. Militaria, Reenacting and Navigating Community Cliques: How can we do better?
Join Katie and I today as we discuss respectful reenacting, social acceptance among the vintage community, and as we debunk some of the justifications used by overpriced resellers. We talk about how to make our small vintage/reenacting communities better places that are more welcoming for all who feel drawn to it.
Katie Barron has been a living historian and vintage collector for almost 10 years. Her day job is being an attorney editor for the State of Massachusetts and that she operates historic streetcars for fun in her spare time. Her Instagram handle is @imkatiebarron and she would love to hear from you if you're interested in learning more about what she does.
