Nosferatu ReVamped: Robert Eggers' Masterpiece

In this episode of Reader’s Table, we are joined by special guest Jeremy—Nick’s childhood friend and a fellow admirer of art and cinema—to sink our teeth into Robert Eggers' haunting reimagining of Nosferatu.

We start off spoiler-free, discussing our first impressions, the chilling atmosphere, and how Eggers breathes new life into this classic tale. Then, in true Reader’s Table style, we dive deep into the spoiler-filled abyss to dissect the film's music, performances, cinematography, pacing, and story.

Along the way, we share a few laughs, reminisce about our experiences watching the movie together, and even half-jokingly pitch for an Elmex sponsorship (because who doesn’t love good dental care while watching vampire flicks?).

Tune in for our thoughts on this gothic masterpiece and join the conversation on all things eerie and cinematic! Don’t forget to follow us on Instagram instagram.com/readerstable and visit nickrothbooks.com for more episodes and updates.
