Looking back to plan forward

It is always better to look forward. But with the year we have just had, we look back on the last unique 12 months, and use some of that as inspiration to plan and look forward for the coming year ahead. 

It was my pleasure to invite back Thomas from the US to get his perspective, from an intelligent, interesting and mature man who is in his early 20's.
