The Song of ColoursRed is the apple, shiny and sweet,
Orange is pumpkins piled up in the street.
Yellow’s the sun with its bright golden glow,
Green is the grass where the cool breezes blow.Blue is the sky and the sea rolling wide,
Purple’s the sunset where dreams like to hide.
Pink is the blossom that dances in spring,
Brown is the nest where the small robins sing.Black is the night with its blanket of stars,
White is the moon smiling down from afar.
Together they paint our world every day,
Colours are magic in every way!
