It's actually just going to restrict good food and fun from your life, and leave you binge eating a pint of ice cream when you can't handle it anymore. So instead of a soul-sucking diet, you need to start soul-searching to help you figure out what activities, career, and relationships will fill your soul on a regular basis. And that's exactly what we do here on the Quit Dieting for Good podcast.
