Cassie is the VP of Analytics and Automations at Quid, a leading AI and NLP Saas company. With over 12 years experience leading global CX, Customer Support and Education teams, Cassie has influenced major brands like Disney, Publicis, Coca-Cola, BCG, and Visa with data-driven strategies over her career. She is known for building cross-functional teams with efficient operations and chairing executive SVP teams functioning as a culture lead and chief of staff.

Cassie received her Masters in Analytics and Research from UTDallas, pioneering the Marketing Analytics program that has continually excelled. While she guest lectures, and manages multiple consulting hobbies, she will tell you she is living her best, richest life being fueled through dancing and yoga, cherishing friendships, and embracing continuous learning.
