Mental Health awareness is call for action and a daily reminder we are our biggest advocates. But let's not forget that everyone is not capable of advocating for themselves, daily. We must understand the indicators of a friend or family member in need of mental health resources. Queen Motivator is an advocate for mental health and provides stories and a navigational tool to ensure others are not on the journey alone.
