Episode 14- C-Section Recovery

In this episode, I catch up with the lovely Emma Bradley, one half of The 360 Mamas, to discuss the often-overlooked topic of C-section recovery. We explore the importance of holistic care, the emotional and physical aspects of recovery, and the role of partners in supporting new mothers. Emma shares insights on scar management, pelvic floor health, and the significance of nutrition in the healing process.

The conversation emphasises the need for better education and preparation for C-section births, as well as the emotional journey that many women face during recovery.

Emma also introduces her new co-authored book, which serves as a comprehensive guide for women navigating their postpartum journey after a C-section.
