Meditation awakens within you, the ability to contribute to your own healing process, to heal your body and mind from whatever dis-ease it is facing. A meditative state can help us tap into our own inner wisdom to gain insight and get answers to current life questions. If these answers don’t come right away, be patient and gentle with yourself.
