Welcome to 2024 - I AM is a poem dedicated to all my friends from Poetry Live, a group I have hosted for 3 years - so much love!
It is also inspired by the life of Sumerian High Priestess Enheduanna, the world's first known author and poet.

To welcome Autumn, an all time favourite poem by Romanian Legendary Poet Nichita Stanescu. The translation is my own.
Autumn Emotion
By Nichita Stanescu
Autumn has come, cover my heart with something
With the shadow of a tree or better with your shadow
I’m afraid I will never see you again, sometimes,
That I’ll grow wings sharpened all the way to the clouds
That you will hide inside a foreign eye
And with an absinthe leaf will close itself goodbye
So then I get closer to stones and get silent,
I take the words and drown them in the sea,
Whistle the moon and rise it and pretend it
Into a great big love

într-o dragoste mare.
Enjoy!

Dr. Ryan Joseph Allen is the Author of bestselling book entitled ‘ My Drug Dealer Brought me to God”
Ryan is a Transformational Coach and Speaker sharing his life experiences, vast nonprofit expertise, and ultimately leading leaders.
He recently completed his doctoral work bridging the gap between trauma, spirituality, and posttraumatic growth.
Ryan authentically shares his story to inspire others to share their stories. When we show up hyper-authentically we are able to help change those around us simply by being oneself.
And here is some compelling autheticity :
A piece of my STORY
From the time I was very young... four years old or so I knew I was different. I was different than my brother and my male friends. I tended to feel things so deeply. At the age of six was the first time I had thought about ending my life. Within a few years I realized that I fell within the LGBTQ+ community. By my teenage years I was engulfed in self-destructive behaviors. Self-mutilation, body dysmorphia, drug and alcohol use and an ever growing sense of self-loathing. I survived suicide multiple times. As I entered college I was in full addiction and spiraling out of control. Until one night me and my drug dealer had a talk about God. She simply was sharing her story with me about her connection with God. After our conversation I went to the bathroom and fell to my knees asking God to save my life. I knew if I continued on the path I was on I would surely end up dead. From that moment everything shifted and changed.
In Ryans words:
I labeled myself as a Gay Addict unworthy of Love.
God labeled me perfect.
God labeled me loved.

Happy New Year 2022 to all my listeners. I wanted to come online and record a short episode to reconnect with you in the new Year.
In the new year, will you write a new chapter of the book of your life, or even write a new book altogather? The choice is with us always.
Life has a power of its own, and time waits for no man or woman. Being human feels small and damaging to a nature otherwise incredibly beautiful.
Yet without us humans, life itself has no meaning.
Earth would still be beautiful but there would be no one there to see it. It would be just another planet floating around in a vast vacuum.
I wish you a year full of miracles, with a zest of life and a renwed energy for all there is to come.

This episode is longer than usual because Cezarina is a walking living legend of talent and such a gift to us!
Make yourself a cuppa and enjoy the poetry, singing and mysticism of Cezarina.
Cezarina Trone is a Poet, the Author of a beautiful poetry collection entitled The Art of Being a Woman.
Also an International Yoga Teacher and Retreat Facilitator, Visionary Artist, Co-Owner of Lotus Heart Centre in ON/Canada ~ Founder of Mirador Yoga & Creativity School.
Besides her incredible life and work experience, she is a wonderful human being who shares her extraordinary gifts into the world in the most humble way.
Cezarina always worked with children, from Romania, to Africa to the United States, Canda and now currently in Mexico. As a child herself she spent summer nights in her parents garden in the Romanian countryside, talking to flowers and the moon and writing words that nature transmitted to her.
But what really wowed me about her is her voice and singing - Quantum Energy Coach using Light & Sound Codes. During her coaching and mentoring sessions, Cezarina sings spontaneous song that are meant only for the person being guided. The sounds are unique, and she will never sing the same song again. You will be left uplifted, upgraded and ready to bring your expression into the world!
She is singing to us in this episode as a way to inspire creation, writing and poetry. Share with us if you feel inspired to write anything after listening to this episode.
You can contact Cezarina via her website http://www.cezarinatrone.com and do connect with her on her social media.

Extracted just the poems from our Episode 11 since we had such a rich content !
Three poems by Armand Rodriguez:
Don't Leave a Thing Behind read by Armand
Karma of Love read by Armand
River Magic read by Paula
Armand's description of Love: "Love is not really a word in itself, it's almost like a fulfilment of what's real that will energise that inner part that wants to be into Freedom, into Itself, into a space that already exists."
An episode not to be missed: Armand Rodrigues is a nomad writer who loves free form and uses poetry structure to explore opening points of inflection where language and concepts meet and expand. He’s a poet, lyrical essayist, and screenplay writer. He says, having achieved all your goals, and ticked all the boxes, the toughest question we have to face is "Who am I?' How do we connect with ourselves in such a result oriented, marketing and media driven world? We talk about that, and facing our shadows, how Armand learned through difficult moments that he needn't struggle to find the masculine within - it was already there, Also talking about the myth of the Minotaur and Armand's new book.
Armand recites "Don’t leave a thing behind" and "Karma of Love" and I read River magic from Armand's Poetry collection "Poetry of Two Worlds"
