Di dalam mulut terdapat Lidah, Lidah berfungsi penting dalam menelan makanan. di dalam mulut mempunyai kelenjar yang berfungsi untuk mengeluarkan saliva (Liur). Fungsi dari air liur itu sendiri adalah : mempermudah proses menelan, Antibakteri, pelarut untuk rangsang kuantum kecap, mempermudah gerakan bibir dan lidah & terakhir untuk hygiene mulut.
