Hello, this is my first episode. I've been employed as a writer for nearly 30 years and I've found a way to combine my passion for writing with my love of talking about great TV.
I started the channel on Youtube as a way to bring a new level of depth to coverage of Andor, and I've grown a small but dedicated audience with my knack of bringing elements of each scene to life in ways people might not have thought about before.
While the Andor coverage is continuing I would like to branch out, and Pluribus is perfect. I'm a huge fan of Vince Gilligan's prior work on Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul and I've been giddily anticipating Pluribus (Plur1bus) since Wycaro 339 was announced.
The first scene is not as rich for analysis as many that will follow. We get a message from space, and some nerds figure it out together. We've all seen that before.
But what the message contains will have all sorts of implications for humanity, and for Carol Sturka (portrayed by Rhea Seehorn). Check out my Andor coverage if you want to verify this, but I can promise you one thing where the Upstairs Lounge is concerned - you won't find deeper or more insightful coverage of Pluribus, anywhere.
