Not only has it been a long time since I've published an episode, it has also been an even longer time since I've done an episode by myself. I have been missing from the podcast because I was busy getting ready to return to Taiwan along with trying to get settled back in. Through my time trying to readjust to being back, I've had some challenges, including some that were mental and I wanna share some of that with you all that may be in the same situation, or will be at some time.
