142. I suck! (And maybe you should too!)
Hello! Hello! This is Rachel Luna, and today’s episode is a gut check. I’m asking you a question that most people avoid: Are you really willing to be bad at something long enough to get good? If you’ve been waiting to feel ready, if you’ve been caught up in perfectionism, or if you’ve been afraid of showing the messy middle... this conversation is going to be a heart-to-heart you didn’t know you needed. Why You Should Listen to This Episode: You’ll find out why not allowing yourself to "suck" is secretly stunting your growth. I’ll share my personal stories of getting stuck in perfectionism—and how I’m breaking free by embracing the messy middle. You’ll understand why getting reps in (even when it feels ugly) is the real path to mastery and momentum. I’ll invite you to drop the shame, perfectionism, and overthinking and start building real confidence through action. This episode will challenge you—but in the best way possible. If you want real expansion, you have to be willing to be seen before you’re polished. 126. Characteristics of a Long-Term, Successful Coach

Hey friend! No fancy show notes today because I'm having tech issues and can't get into our notes program. That said, the fact that I'm willing to be imperfect and "unpolished" by publishing this episode with these "off-the-cuff" shownotes is a perfect example of a characteristic you need to have if you want to be successful as a coach for the long-term.

That's what we're talking about on today's episode - characteristics of a long-term, successful coach.

One of my 1:1 clients recently noticed that several coaches she once followed were no longer in business or had taken a long break from social media with no sign of a return. She asked me, "How have you done it? What are the characteristics of a coach who stays a coach for the long-term?"

So in this episode, I tell you my thoughts on those characteristics as somoene who has been in business for 14 years. You'll also hear a cautionary tale about making $1 Million dollars in a year.

Lots of goods in this short episode.

And if you haven't already, be sure to sign up for The 5 Day Wired for Wealth Challenge. This is going to be the BEST challenge I've hosted to date and I'd love for you participate.

125. Playing Big vs Investing Big

I think at a minimum, you're gonna get a powerful aha moment from this episode. Listen in as I take you behind the scenes of a conversation I had with a former client who has been feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, wanting to see real, tangible results in her business, and falling short.

into the difference between playing a bigger game versus simply making big investments, hoping for a breakthrough.

You'll learn neuroscience-based strategies that can help you train your brain to handle the challenges of playing a bigger game (0:09:00), and I'll introduce my brand new 5-day "Wired for Wealth" challenge that can get you on the path to confidently attracting and coaching clients using these principles (0:12:00).

If you're ready to stop consuming and start truly receiving the transformations you desire, this episode is a must-listen.

124. Making Decisions with Confidence

Hello! Hello! This is Rachel Luna, and I'm excited to share Part 2 of our discussion on FOMO, Purpose and Peptides.

If you haven't listened to Part 1 yet, I highly recommend going back and checking that out first.

This is a short, but powerful episode that builds on the concepts we covered in episode 123, so it'll make a lot more sense if you have that context.

Why You Should Listen to This Episode:

  • I'm going to walk you through an exercise called the "10 Big Whoppers" to help you build trust in your own intuition and discernment (0:00 - 4:39)

  • You'll get 3 key questions to ask yourself when you're faced with a major decision or pivot in your life (4:39 - 7:42)

  • Your mind will shift moving forward when it comes to dabbling vs going all in. (5:00 - 6:07)

  • I discuss the concept of playing the "long game" and how that should factor into your decision-making process (6:07 - 7:26)
