Episode 27 of the Performance Around The Clock podcast is our last from the Society for Research on Biological Rhythms (SRBR) meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  We are excited to have Dr. Till Roenneberg on the podcast.  Dr. Roenneberg is emeritus professor of chronobiology at the Institute of Medical Psychology at Ludwig-Maximilian University (LMU) in Munich, Germany.  He has dedicated most of his career to investigating the effects of light on circadian clocks, sleep, and health and is known for his seminal work with chronotypes and social jetlag.  Hear all about his work on chronotypes and social jetlag in this episode.
