Paula Radcliffe is regarded as one of the greatest female distance runners of our generation. The multiple medal winner and world record holder - including the women’s marathon record for 17 years - has continued her passion for running since retiring in 2015. Chris Thompson is one of the UK's most prolific distance runners for over 25 years. Every Monday, we will bring 45 mins of high energy entertainment with a community spirit. An inclusive, unintimidating experience where people will learn from each other, helping understand quirks and developing coping mechanisms for all levels.  Each week Paula and Chris will discuss many different aspects of running from nutrition to hydration from motivation to training tips, all based around a running community. They will address the anxieties and uncertainties we all feel surrounding running. Paula and Chris will bring you some of the biggest names that also want to be part of their running community. Regular guests like Steve Peters, Harry Judd and Steve Cram will also be joined by some of the stars from sport and entertainment who will tell you why they run and what motives them whether it be for fun, health or mental wellbeing.

Paula Radcliffe is regarded as one of the greatest female distance runners of our generation. The multiple medal winner and world record holder - including the women’s marathon record for 17 years - has continued her passion for running since retiring in 2015. Chris Thompson is one of the UK's most prolific distance runners for over 25 years. Every Monday, we will bring 45 mins of high energy entertainment with a community spirit. An inclusive, unintimidating experience where people will learn from each other, helping understand quirks and developing coping mechanisms for all levels.  Each week Paula and Chris will discuss many different aspects of running from nutrition to hydration from motivation to training tips, all based around a running community. They will address the anxieties and uncertainties we all feel surrounding running. Paula and Chris will bring you some of the biggest names that also want to be part of their running community. Regular guests like Steve Peters, Harry Judd and Steve Cram will also be joined by some of the stars from sport and entertainment who will tell you why they run and what motives them whether it be for fun, health or mental wellbeing.
