White Dwarf Issue 2 – AD&D Fiend Folio monsters, Ian Livingstone vs. traditional wargamers, and Bryan Ansell

White Dwarf Issue 2, while short, is filled with so many names we see have a long history with Games Workshop. In this episode, Bryan Ansell's slow takeover of GW beginning with the debut of Asgard Miniatures, and the debut of several creatures that will be found in the later Fiend Folio—the Dunestalker and the Blood Hawk, and Ian Livingstone challenging traditional wargamers to fight in a field. Plus more conversation about competitive D&D.

***

A small mistake in the episode: I called the co-founder of GW "Steve Peake" but it was "John Peake."
