The Lallantop investigated the claim and found that man in the viral photo is a school teacher from Tamilnadu's Kumbakonam. He burnt the national flag in 2018 as he was angered with the delay in constituting Cauvery river water management board. He was arrested by the police after this incident. There are no reports that he is an RSS member.
A photo of a teacher taking a class while holding a child is viral on social media. Users are claiming that "His wife passed away during Childbirth. But he has taken responsibility for taking the child and college classes together."

The teacher in this picture is Moisés Reyes Sandoval, a law professor at the Inter-American University for Development, UNID, in Acapulco, Mexico. He himself posted this photo on Facebook on 6th July 2016. In the caption he wrote, "I have a student, who has not dropped out of school despite her different roles, so I decided to carry her son, without interrupting class to take notes,"

The Lallantop in its investigation found that the video is from 2017. The man in the video is from Darbhanga, Bihar. He was spealing during a protest against violence happening against Rohingyas in Myanmar at that time. Police took action against the man and the matter is sub juidice. However, the man denied the statement in the video calling it edited.
