Every transition begins with an Ending.  Too often we confuse them with finality  A fresh way to think about endings is key to how we begin anew

1. Ending, followed by  (2) a period of confusion and distress, leading to (3) a new beginning

How do you handle change?

Are you ready for change or has life been shaken upside down and you have no choice but to change?

How is that affecting you?

Are you ready to emerge from the fires like the Pheonix and soar into your new beginnings?

Or has fear immobilized you?

These are tips for relationships that are still salvageable not for relationships that were violent or hurt you mentally in ways that you can't just get over. this is for healing and renewal.

Your trauma is not your shame and it is not your scarlet letter for you to wear across your chest. Your trauma is your stepping stone to finding your true strength. It is your testimony and it is work to fix but it is totally doable. The first step in taking control away from your trauma is acknowledging it and then doing the footwork to achieve the best life you are meant to live and not just exist in.

Faith without works is dead not only in religion but in spirituality as well. you have to put in the footwork for yourself or nobody else will.

Turning your Poison into Purpose and Using it to become Better and not Bitter

Take the stones thrown at you and build your foundation and with the remainder turn them into your Pillows. Find rest and clarity during your storms.

“The Principle of Priority states (a) you must know the difference between what is urgent and what is important, and (b) you must do what’s important first.”. Your Priorities must always Out Weigh your Desires.

If the only vision we have of ourselves comes from the social mirror or from the current social paradigm and from the opinions perceptions and paradigms of the people around us then our view of ourselves is like the reflection and the crazy mirror room at the carnival. These visions are disjointed and out of proportion they are often more projections than reflections projecting the concerns and character weaknesses of people giving the input rather than accurately reflecting what and who we are.

When enough b is enough.

Ground with Water. Water is the carrier of your emotions and allows your subconscious thoughts to flow into your awareness. Working with it will help you tap into the healing properties of water. The element of water also carries a message of how beautiful and powerful a life lived in the energy of flow can be. What it reminds us of what is possible when we completely surrender to the energy of allowance and trust that all unfolds exactly as it's meant to be. Water is cleansing. Water is grounding. Water is life flow.

Suspend judgement on yourself : Shadow work is a practice of healing and self-growth, which means that it requires surrender and acceptance. Instead of attacking everything that you don't want to think, feel, or address, go into this process with an attitude of compassion for yourself and your experiences.

Each of us has a center though we usually don't recognize it as such neither do we recognize the all-encompassing effects of the center on every aspect of our lives. There is little security, guidance, wisdom or power in The limited center of self like the Dead Sea in Palestine it accepts but never gives it becomes stagnant. On the other hand paying attention to the development of Self in the greater perspective of improving one's ability to serve, to produce, and to contribute meaningful ways give context for dramatic increase in our life support factors. There are some common centers from which people approach life it is often much easier to recognize the center in someone else's life and see it in your own. You probably know someone who puts making money ahead of everything else. You probably know someone who's energy is devoted to justifying his or her position and ongoing negative relationship. If you look you can sometimes see beyond behavior into the center that creates it but where do you stand? What is the center of your own life? Sometimes that isn't easy to see perhaps the best way to identify your own center is to look closely at your life support factors . More often than not a person's center is some combination of these and or other centers. Most people are very much a function of a variety of influences that play upon their lives depending on the external or internal conditions one particular center may be activated into the underlying needs are satisfied then another center becomes a compelling Force as a person fluctuates from one center to another. The resulting relativism is like roller coasting through life one moment you're high the next moment you're low. Making efforts to compensate for one weakness by borrowing strengths from another weakness. There is no consistent sense of direction, no persistent wisdom, no steady power supply or sense of personal intrinsic Worth or identity. The idea of course is to create one clear center from what you constantly derive a high degree of security, guidance, wisdom and power empowering your productivity and giving congruity and Harmony to every part of your life.

During air week assess and evaluate your life. Clear out your clutter if you do not love or use it get rid of it. Make commitments that empower you, do things you've been putting off or make a plan for doing them, get organized, make a space for meditation to relax relate release, examine your core beliefs, breathe become aware of the quality of the air you breathe, notice the sounds and the feelings in your environment, listen to inspirational music, breathe in positivity exhale negativity, sing shout use your throat chakra it breaks up stagnation and negative energy and communicate your truth to self

Albert Einstein observed, "The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them As we look at us and within us and recognize the problems created as we live and interact within the personality ethic. We begin to realize that these are deep fundamental problems that cannot be solved in The superficial level on which they were created we need a new level a deeper level of thinking a paradigm based on the principles that accurately describe the territory of effective human being and interacting to solve the deep rooted issues. Shadow Working

The personality ethic is illusionary and deceptive and trying to get high quality results with its techniques and quick fixes is just about as effective as trying to get to some place in Chicago using a map of Detroit. And all of life there are sequential stages of growth and development a child must learn to turn over to sit up to crawl and then to walk and run each step is important and each one takes time no step can be skipped this is true and All phases of life in all areas of development whether it be learning to play the piano or communicate effectively.
