Energy is powerful. It affects us all, and this is why such a large part of the work I do (on myself & with clients) is energetics.
Over a period of 4 days I noticed a big shift in energy and how it related to the Olympics (the drama & chaos that then turned into inspiration, passion, fire...)
I also recognized the energy I was feeling - specifically coming from the US Women gymnastics team - was affecting me -> lighting a fire within me when it comes to my dreams & desires, and also leading me to stepping up my game in boxing (watch out ha ha).
It was pretty cool to tap into, and so I wanted to share what came through in regards to the power of being in OWN IT energy -> what this is, the impact it has, and the ripple effect it creates.
We all have this in us.

Going after your dream, vision, business, the thing you were put on this earth to do, can be very vulnerable....especially when putting your work out into the world, and you don't see the results you want (and know you should have).
When the sales aren't happening, it's easy to go into a spiral of, "What is wrong with me?" "What is nothing working" "Am I not enough"...
But when you can stop making a lack of sales mean something is wrong with you, and instead begin asking some powerful questions, this changes everything.
I have watched way too many women give up or pivot every 5 seconds or create new offers when 1 isn't working (and burn out because of it), when what's needed it being able to ask the questions that will lead to results.
