About the Host:


👉 Latoya started her property career in her late teens working as a Real Estate agent for an Investment Company in New Zealand (100% commission-based role !).

👉 She pivoted the business to incorporate selling family homes via Auction and Deadline sale.

👉 In 2010 she moved to Cornwall UK with her Cornish partner (now husband 😊) and launched a Rent-to-Rent HMO business.

👉 Then growing that business to include managing properties too (Lettings and Property Management).

👉 As a result of Section 24, Latoya set up and ran a Serviced Accommodation business.

👉 In 2022 Latoya stopped the SA business to pursue something that she’d wanted to do for a VERY long time… work with property business owners to help them with systems, procedures and working with Virtual Assistants – and Outsourcing Your Property Business was launched.

👉 She writes monthly for the YPN Magazine (Your Property Network), and is a regular speaker at the PPN events throughout the country (Progressive Property Network). And Latoya often guest appears on various property podcasts, as well as speaking for other property communities too.
