005: Landscape Architecture and it's problems, what are we doing?

On today's episode of Our Landscape Nigeria, we discuss a 2017 article written by Win Phyo, a Landscape Architect practising in the UK made a list of some of the problems plaguing the Landscape Architecture profession, some of these problems are compelling and they span far beyond  the UK where she practices and the US where we have some of the first Landscape Architects, some of these problems are global and I sat with Amos Alao, a Landscape Architect in Nigeria and Win to discuss these  problems on a global scale and as the author what she thinks is  radically different from when the article was written in 2017 and now in  2020, while a pandemic is ravaging the world, do we have more problems  now or does she think some of these problems highlighted in the article  are irrelevant today.

Thank you for listening and hope you enjoyed this episode, for more information, visit the blog https://ourlandscapenigeria.wordpress.com/ for link to the article used in my research, please share your thoughts, observations, questions about this episode on ourlandscapesnigeria@gmail.com or on Instagram @ourlandscapesnigeria, let me know what topics you’ll like to hear more about.
