Gregory Haff is a highly respected strength scientist, researcher, strength and conditioning coach, weightlifting coach and author. His extensive research focuses on improving resistance training methodologies for athletes to enhance performance and prevent injuries. Professor Haff has collaborated with numerous National and Olympic teams across various sports, including weightlifting, rowing, and track cycling. More recently, his work has expanded to developing effective **training strategies for defence personnel**, preparing them for demanding physical challenges.
