S2 Ep 02 RECLAIM - Relaxing Inward Focus
What would you reclaim?  There may be times when we are aware of what we want to reclaim, and other times, we are reminded by an experience of what we may have lost or forgotten.   The act of reclaim could be about a part of your self-identity or a state of being that is precious, valuable and key to who you are.  We each long to be whole, healthy and free and the human spirit holds an inspiring ability to reclaim what is most important. This meditation was recorded for a special event at the Meditation 719 studio in Colorado Springs and is an offering to assist you in holding space to connect with what you would like to reclaim. **This meditation is available with two different soundtracks.  1. Music to promote a relaxed, contemplative, and inward meditative focus.   2. Music to promote a more active, thoughtful, and outward meditative focus. If you are feeling experimental, try one and take notes on how you feel, what type of awareness came to you and then after some time has passed, I suggest at least a day or up to a week, listen to the second version and take notes again.  Do you have a different response to the music?  Which one do you prefer?  What is it that draws you to that type of reflection for this idea of Reclaim?     Music by Pond5
