Love in this moment is a guided meditation centering love and awareness through breath.  Exploring the idea that we may have held on to an idea of what perfection looks like and it can limit us from experiencing love now.  The scope of God’s love is enormous, unfathomable, yet we try to contain our ability to love and be loved by God in a box of right and wrongs.  In this guided meditation, we will take time to meditate on the many forms of love and embrace a calm and peaceful moment.  Reflection Music by Pond5   Check out the website and you can also support us there with a donation!
