Originally forming and working on music online while the members lived in different states across the US, they wrote and recorded music for 3 years until their first tour in 2018. After gaining public support from The Wonder Years and All Time Low the band were signed to Fuelled by Ramen in 2020. After releasing 4 EP’s over 7 years the band announced their Debut full length while performing on the late show with Stephen Colbert.  Today we give our one chance review of Past//Present//Future by Meet Me @ The Altar."

"So today we’re talking about the fourth studio album from american post-punk band Can’t Swim. After forming in 2015 the band quickly signed to Pure Noise Records before releasing their first EP ‘Death Deserves A Name” The band released their first full length album ‘Fail You Again’ in 2017 followed up a year later with ‘This Too Won’t Pass’. Over the next 2 years Can’t Swim released 3 EP’s that they used to experiment with different styles before combining the new sound on 3rd full length release ‘Change Of Plans’ in 2021. Now 18 months later we give our One Chance review of ‘Thanks but No Thanks’ by Can’t Swim.

"So today we’re talking about the 5th studio album from Minnesotan multi-instrumentalist, rapper and singer Mod Sun. Starting musical life drumming in pop-punk bands Sideline Heroes and Semester before becoming the drummer for post-hardcore band Four Letter Lie, eventually leaving to pursue a solo career in Rap and becoming the drum tech for Scary Kids Scaring Kids. He went on to become the full time drummer for Scary Kids.. before leaving to release 3 solo hip-hop/rap albums between 2015 & 2017. 2021’s album Internet Killed the Rockstar marked Mod Sun’s return to pop-punk and saw him rise to the fore-front of the new wave of rappers making heavier music alongside the likes of Machine Gun Kelly. Today we give our One Chance review of God Save The Teen by Mod Sun."

"Today we’re going to be talking about the 12th studio album from Swedish heavy metal band Katatonia. Originally forming as a death metal band in 1991, after several years of touring and recording the band switched styles to focus on clean melodic vocals whilst keeping the music heavy. Over the next 20 years the band toured the world writing and releasing multiple records until 2018 when they announced they would be going on hiatus following an injury to a member. The band reformed for a 10 year anniversary show in 2019 before releaseing a new album in 2020. This year the band released their 12th record and today we give our One Chance Review of Sky Void Of Stars by Katatonia."

"Today we’re going to be talking about the 13th studio album by long serving American punks; Anti-Flag. Originally forming in 1988 but failing to solidify a line up the band broke up before reforming in 1992 when they released a 17 track demo record. Over the next 30 years Anti-Flag toured relentlessly, releasing album after album of hard hitting political punk, earning them a dedicated fan base, alongside a lot of criticism from mainstream media and music stores for what was labelled an 'Anti-American' attitude. During the pandemic Anti-Flag were forced to break from their regular touring schedule and wrote and recorded their 13th album. Today we give our One Chance review of Lies They Tell Our Children by Anti-Flag."

The band formed back in 2004 under the name Bears before becoming Fireworks later that same year, after 5 years of touring and EP’s the band released their first album All I Have To Offer Is My Own Confusion, the released 2 follow up records Gospel in 2011 and Oh, Commo Life in 2014 before going on Hiatus. Reforming in late 2019 with the plans to release an album in 2020 which were halted by the Covid-19 Pandemic. They were finally able to record and release their 4th album on January 1st 2023. Today we give our one chance review of Higher Lonely Power"

Originally recorded and released in 2008 and later re-mastered and re-released in 2018 as a 10 year anniversary special, this record was wildly regarded at time of release as part of the new wave of Hardcore helped to be popularised on blogging site Tumblr. Since releasing this record in 2008, LA Dispute have released 3 other albums, Wildlife, Rooms of the House and Panorama as well as a soundtrack to a documentary about the band called Tiny Dots. Today we give our one chance review of Somewhere at the Bottom of the River Between Vega and Altair by La Dispute."

The band formed in the midst of the Covid Pandemic in 2020 and consists of Saosin/Circa Survive Vocalist Anthony Green, My Chemical Romance guitarist Frank Iero, Coheed and Cambria Guitarist Travis Stever, Thursday’s Bassist Tim Payne and Drummer Tucker Rule. The band released their debut single in August 2022 and followed with a live Debut at Riot Fest in September. After releasing 2 more singles the band’s debut album dropped in November 2022. Today we give our one chance review of Past Lives by LS Dunes."

Following up with their first headline tour which was cancelled amidst the Covid-19 Panic, the band returned to live music in 2022 and released their 3rd record. "Today we’re talking about the 4th studio release from 80’s Post-hardcore band Soulside. Forming in 1985 under the name Lunchmeat the band played shows until August of the same year then took a break for the members to start college. They reformed for a few months in 1986 under the name Soulside before going on another hiatus until 1987. After reforming in 1987 the band wrote, recorded and toured extensively before calling it quits in 1989. The band reformed in 2014 and released a 7” in 2020. Today we give our one chance review of Soulside’s first album in over 30 years, A Brief Moment In The Sun."

Over the years the band have released 7 full lengths and several EP’s and toured with the biggest names in Metalcore. When recently asked, vocalist and guitarist Kyle Sipress stated most of the band do not consider themselves Christian Metal and haven’t for a long time. Filled with vitriol and melody, The Devil Wears Prada have one of the best back catalogues in metal, with something for almost everyone on each record.
