I'm absolutely delighted to be joined by Dr Mitchell Clionsky and his wife, Dr Emily Clionsky!
Mitchell is a board certified neurophysiologist who has treated more than 20,000 patients with cognitive problems. He and his wife, Emily, who is also an expert clinician and researcher, have written a book together, Dementia Prevention: Using Your Head to Save Your Brain. In that book, they together curate the most important research findings over the past ten years and translate that information into terms that people can understand.
