The World Law Foundation presents a new episode of its Podcast series, where you can enjoy a very interesting conversation with Malgorzata Manowska.
Ms. Manowska holds a doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Warsaw. Her career in the administration of justice is particularly noteworthy. She has served as Deputy Minister of Justice in the Polish government and was appointed judge of the Supreme Court of Poland in 2018, holding the honorable position of being the first President of the Supreme Court and the State Court of her country.
For all these reasons, we are facing a more than productive and formative talk about the current legal and political situation in Europe and above all about the founding value of our organization, the unwavering defense of the Rule of Law.
