Then, decide you are worth and deserving of the pleasure.
In fact, decide during intentional self-pleasure to genuinely make love to yourself. WHHHAAAAAT? That could create a hard stop for many listeners.
The nudge to say “I love you” or “I love me” to yourself during self-pleasure can be a turning point for greater self-acceptance and genuine connection.
Connecting sacral energy with heart energy can be healing and help take self-love and self-acceptance to a new positive level.
Allowing yourself to be guided by intuition during the self-pleasure process is also important. Listen to guidance to keep leaning in.
The difference between just knocking out an orgasm and the intentional sacred pleasure route bring different experiences, the latter of which requires an element of surrender.
