Weed, herb, pot, grass, bud, ganja, Mary Jane, sticky icky icky and a vast number of other slang terms—its the ever-so-popular marijuana. Marijuana has been used as a relaxing psychotropic drug for centuries, and we are smoking now more than ever. Fact is that as a society, smoking marijuana in hand-rolled cigarettes called joints; in pipes, water pipes (sometimes called bongs), or in blunts is becoming a gradually more common and accepted pass time. Is that hurting us or helping? Let's talk about it

The most important part of getting healthy is getting started. Researchers from the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington examined data from 68.5 million people in 195 countries and territories from 1980 through 2015. According to the study, there were 107 million children and 603 million adults with obesity. That study was concluded 5 years ago. Go figure. One-third of all humans are now overweight — and American children are leading the way....we wanted to talk about the health dilemma
