Alice Shang is a former Investment Banking Associate at Lazard, where she gained her financial skills and insights into the world of finance. Her journey led her to a role as an Investor at TCV, a $21 billion growth equity fund that has invested in companies such as Netflix, Airbnb, Spotify, Peloton, Strava, and Hinge Health. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and her master's degree from Harvard Business School. Continuing her professional route, Alice served at Atomic as an operator, and her journey took a new turn as a Female Founder's Fellow at Primary Venture Partners, a program that helps entrepreneurs launch new startups.

Joe McIlhattan joined Periscope Equity in 2019 and is a Vice President. Periscope Equity is a Chicago-based private equity firm that partners exclusively with founder owned companies in the technology-enabled business services and technology-enabled healthcare services sectors. Periscope is currently hiring new associates for its team. Joe is responsible for deal execution, monitoring existing investments and overseeing the development and implementation of value creation strategies. Joe currently serves on the boards of Praecipio, WPAS, MAS, and as a board observer on Uprise Health.
Before joining Periscope Equity, Joe was an Associate at SFW Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he was primarily focused on making control investments into analytical technologies, software, and services businesses. Additionally, Joe was a management consultant at EY where he developed growth and transformation strategies for clients across various sectors. Joe received a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Harry Waddoups joined Periscope in 2022 and is an Associate. He is responsible for identifying and executing new portfolio company transactions as well as supporting existing portfolio companies. At Periscope, he supports the Praecipio and Uprise Health portfolio companies, where he works directly with Joe. Prior to joining Periscope, Harry worked as an analyst for Raymond James' Technology and Services Group, where he concentrated on mergers and acquisitions in the software industry.
Harry graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Finance.

Alex Christ is a Partner of Advance Venture Partners, a unique venture capital firm that deploys around $100 million per year primarily to lead Series A, B, and C rounds. Joshua C. Zhang is a Director of Investments at FCPT.
Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT) is a publicly-traded, net-lease REIT based in California. At FCPT, Mr. Zhang co-leads investments and has acquired >500 properties and over $1 billion of acquisitions, focusing on restaurants, retail, automotive, and medical properties.
Prior to joining FCPT, Mr. Zhang worked at Goldman Sachs in their Real Estate Finance Group. While at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Zhang closed approximately $9 billion of commercial real estate debt transactions spanning traditional mortgage based-loans, bank loans, and mezzanine financings.
He has extensive underwriting experience from single-tenant/single-asset transactions to large portfolio transactions covering various asset classes across the United States for both traditional CMBS transactions as well as Goldman Sachs’ bank balance sheet.
